Resolution to Approve Revised Bylaws of the Public Art Commission

The attached bylaws were approved by the Public Art Commission at their August 6, 2019 meeting and have been reviewed by the City Attorney's Office and conform with the current standard bylaws format consistent with Council Resolution R-08-496.

Whereas, The Public Art Commission approved the attached bylaws at their August 6, 2019 meeting;
Whereas, City Council has passed a resolution requiring all proposed bylaws of City boards and commissions to be approved by City Council;
RESOLVED, That City Council approves the attached bylaws of the Public Art Commission.
