Resolution to Amend Fee Adjustments for Historic District Commission Activities

Whereas, On May 18, 2009 Council approved fee adjustments for Planning and Development Services per Resolution R-09-202;
Whereas, These fee adjustments included a $40.00 application fee for historic district property projects requiring administrative approval and a $500.00 application fee for historic district property projects requiring Historic District Commission (HDC) approval;
RESOLVED, That effective immediately Council rescind the $500.00 historic district property work application fee for projects that require HDC approval and apply the $40.00 historic district property work application fee to all historic district work applications, to cover those requiring only administrative approval and those requiring HDC approval; and
RESOLVED, That Council direct the City Administrator to research and develop a graduated historic district property work application fee schedule for Council consideration by the first Council meeting in September 2009.
