This ordinance amendment repeals Chapter 87 as obsolete. Chapter 87 required licenses for various businesses that offered various recreational activities such as pinball parlors, dance halls, and pool rooms.

RECREATION, AMUSEMENTS AND GAMES
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL CHAPTER 87 (RECREATION, AMUSEMENTS AND GAMES) OF TITLE VII OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF ANN ARBOR.
The City of Ann Arbor ordains:
Section 1. That Chapter 87 of Title VII of the Code of the City of Ann Arbor be repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on the tenth day following legal publication.
