On Friday, April 5, 2019, Mayor Taylor delivered to City Clerk Jacqueline Beaudry a written disapproval (veto) of Council Action R-19-137, Resolution Providing FY20 Budget Policy Direction Consistent with the Results of the Community Survey on the Recommended Allocation of the 2017 Washtenaw County Mental Health and Public Safety Millage Proceeds of $2.2M Annually. R-19-137 was approved by City Council on Monday, April 1, 2019 and presented to Mayor Taylor as part of the Council record on April 4, pursuant to City Charter, Section 4.5.
The Mayor’s written disapproval is attached to this file and is hereby reported to City Council at the Regular Session of April 15, 2019 in accordance with City Charter, Section 4.5.
