LDFA Board Member Term Expiration
Memorandum
According to the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti SmartZone LDFA Agreement, Section 2.b., “At least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of a Board member’s term, the Board shall notify the entity responsible for appointment of such Board member thereof.”
There are two LDFA Board members whose term will expire June 30, 2019; Paula Sorrell and Stephen Rapundalo. This communication will serve as a 60-day notification of their term expiration.
