Title

An Ordinance to Amend Section 10:148 of Chapter 126 (Traffic) of Title X of the Code of the City of Ann Arbor

Memorandum

The proposed ordinance amendment to section 10:148 will bring the City’s ordinance more into line with other states’ statutes.  The new language in subsection (a)(2) is based on the Oregon statute.
