Whereas, Richard A. Stuber and Elsa C. Stuber are the owners of property commonly known as 2930 Bluett Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 5059, Page 442, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Richard A. Stuber and Elsa C. Stuber, have signed a grant of easement for storm sewers and appurtenances and storm water drainage, described as:
Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 15, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence S01°12’11”E 33.00 feet along the East line of said Section, as monumented; thence S87°57’47”W 224.43 feet along the Southerly right-of-way line of Bluett Drive to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S33°16’48”W 89.32 feet; thence N01°12’11”W 72.89 feet along the East line of SHEFMAN TERRACE, Washtenaw County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 171; thence N87°57’47”E 50.57 feet along the Southerly right-of-way line of Bluett Drive to the Point of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accept this grant of easement.
