Whereas, Richard A. Stuber and Elsa C. Stuber are the owners of property commonly known as 2940 Bluett Drive, by virtue of a deed recorded in Liber 5059, Page 442 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Richard A. Stuber and Elsa C. Stuber have signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:
22 FOOT WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT (FOR PARCEL II) (See Exhibit A)
Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 15, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence S01?12'11"E 33.00 feet along the East line of said Section, as monumented; thence S87?57'47"W 176.00 feet along the Southerly right-of-way line of Bluett Drive; thence S01?12'11"E 113.54 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S43?08'24"E 72.96 feet; thence along the Northerly and Westerly lines of a proposed 30 foot wide sanitary sewer easement in the following two (2) courses: S77?15'53"W 13.95 feet and S12?44'07"E 19.69 feet; thence N43?08'24"W 80.24 feet; thence N87?57'47"E 14.60 feet; thence N01?12'11"W 16.46 feet to the Point of Beginning.
