RESOLVED, That settlement of the case entitled Arvoy et al. vs. City of Ann Arbor, Case No. 08-798-CK, be approved according to the terms discussed in closed session, including refunds to the named plaintiffs of amounts that were paid and including payments to Washtenaw County of delinquent amounts on two of the plaintiffs' properties; and

RESOLVED, That the City Attorney be authorized to take other, related action as discussed in closed session.
