Signature Club Parking Lot Improvements Landscape Modification for City Planning Commission Approval - A landscape modification request to allow the previously approved landscape plan (which does not meet current standards) to remain as approved, during a proposed rearrangement of the existing parking lot serving the clubhouse for the Signature Club apartment complex located at 3000 Signature Boulevard. 1,329 square feet of pavement, including 7 parking spaces, will be removed and one of the drive entrances will be relocated.
