Attached is a resolution to approve a request request to transfer ownership of a 2008 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with a Dance-Entertainment Permit, located at 625 Hilton from W Tres MX, Inc. to El Camino Real, LLC. The applicant plans to maintain a similar operation as currently licensed which is a mexican restaurant. The name of the business will change to El Camino Real.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff. The Council Liquor License Review Committee approved the application and recommended approval on Friday, May 1, 2009.
