Whereas, One position on the City of Ann Arbor Greenbelt Advisory Commission is reserved for a member with expertise in the field of real estate development professional;

Whereas, Alexander Perlman possesses the qualifications necessary to serve in the member role reserved for a real estate development professional with this expertise; and

Whereas, The City Council is vested with the power to appoint members to the Greenbelt Advisory Commission;

RESOLVED, That Alexander Perlman be appointed to the Greenbelt Advisory Commission in the role of real estate development professional, with a term beginning June 1, 2018 and expiring May 31, 2021; and

RESOLVED, That the City Clerk notify Mr. Perlman of this appointment.
