Whereas, The Elaine L. Pitt Qualified Personal Residence Trust dated February 5, 2004 is the owner of property commonly known as 22 Ridgeway Street; and
Whereas, Elaine L. Pitt, Trustee of the Elaine L. Pitt Qualified Personal Residence Trust dated February 5 has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:
Part of Lot 4 of Plat "Assessor's Plat No. 14" as recorded in Liber 8 of Plats, Page 53, Washtenaw County Records, described as: Commencing from the Southwest Corner of Lot 3; thence along the East line of Ridgeway Drive the following (2) courses: N03°26'E 300.14 feet; and N04°55'30"E 18.37 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said East line N04°55'30"E, 34.97 feet; thence N64°00'16"E, 62.29 feet; thence N03°11'03"W, 64.27 feet to the South line of Lot 5 of said plat; thence along said South line N85°42'41"E 20.01 feet to the East line of said plat; thence along said East line S04°33'59"E, 87.92 feet; thence S64°00'16"W, 91.64 feet to the point of beginning. Contains 3,899 or 0.09 acres more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
