Memorandum
Attached is a resolution to approve the request from UMI Tradinc, Inc., to transfer ownership and location of a Class C Liquor Licensed Business. The applicant plans to operate as a Japanese restaurant with a sushi bar.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer, Fire Services and the Council Liquor License Review Committee have approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
