3850 Huron River Drive; Working Session Discussion - Brixmor Property Group requests a discussion with the Planning Commission about a proposed development at the site of the previously approved South Pond Village residential subdivision. The proposed project would include removal of a portion of the existing square footage in Arborland shopping center to provide access to the site. The concept for discussion proposes approximately 257,000 square feet of single-story retail, with proposed surface parking, and secondary access to Huron River Drive.
