Memorandum
This approximately 0.38 acre parcel contains existing City street infrastructure adjacent to 2898 Packard Road. It appears this parcel was originally intended to be deeded to the City when the road was constructed, but the City’s clear title was never established. The parcel went to tax sale and ultimately title vested in Pittsfield Charter Township, whose Board of Trustees approved conveyance to the City.
This quitclaim deed is conveyed without cost to the City. Acceptance of this deed is recommended.
