RESOLVED, That the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to resolve the case entitled Dickerson v City of Ann Arbor, 22^nd Circuit Court, Case No. 17-793-CZ,.for $1,750 contingent upon the receipt of a settlement agreement and release of all claims and a dismissal with prejudice by the Court in a form and with terms approved by the City Attorney
