Memorandum
The attached 2018 Council Rules include the following additions to the 2017 Rules:
• New Administrative Rule - Written Communication to Council - Required Forward to City Attorney
• New Ethic Rule - Council Self-Governance
The Council Rules Committee has reviewed the 2018 Council Rules and recommends them for approval.
