Memorandum
This agreement provides that AAPS will contribute up to $62,000.00 to reimburse the City for construction of a sidewalk on the north side of Scio Church Road between South Seventh Street and South Main Street, adjacent to Pioneer High School.
Acceptance of this agreement is recommended.

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor approves the Contribution Agreement for reimbursement by AAPS to the City of up to $62,000.00 in expenses for the City’s construction of a sidewalk along Scio Church Road adjacent to Pioneer High School;
RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and directed to execute said agreement after approval as to substance by the City Administrator and approval as to form by the City Attorney; and
RESOLVED, That the City Administrator be authorized to take all necessary actions to implement the agreement.
