Resolution to Appoint Councilmembers Bannister and Smith to the Environmental Commission

Whereas, Two positions on the City of Ann Arbor Environmental Commission are reserved for members of the Ann Arbor City Council;
Whereas, The City Council is vested with the power to appoint the Council representatives to the Environmental Commission; and
Whereas, Two Councilmembers one-year terms as the Council representatives to the Environmental Commission expire on December 31, 2017;
RESOLVED, That Councilmembers Bannister and Smith be appointed as the Council representatives to the Environmental Commission until December 31, 2018 or until other Councilmembers are appointed.
