Resolution to Establish 2018 Council Calendar
Body
Whereas, The City Council Rules require the City Council to establish a calendar of City Council meetings and work sessions in advance of each calendar year;
Whereas, City Council wishes to waive City Council Rule 3, which states that “regular meetings of the Ann Arbor City Council shall be held on the first and third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.”;
Whereas, According to the Council Rules, “Council-adopted rules may be suspended for the time being by a vote of two-thirds of the members present”;
RESOLVED, That City Council Rule 3 is waived for approval of the 2018 Council Calendar; and
RESOLVED, The 2018 City Council Calendar is as follows:
