Whereas, Grace Bible Church of Ann Arbor, Michigan, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 1430 S. Maple Road; and

 

Whereas, Grace Bible Church of Ann Arbor, Michigan, has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:

 

Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 36, T2S, R5E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N 01°19'00" W 256.91 feet along the East line of said Section 36 and the centerline of Maple Road (66 feet wide); thence S88°41'00"W 33.00 feet to the West Right of Way of Maple Road (66 feet wide) and to the POINT OF BEGINNING of a 40 foot wide easement for water main described along the centerline as follows; thence S88°41'01"W 40.83 feet; thence N70°10'04"W 54.48 feet; thence N23°21'03"W 155.14 feet;                     thence N68°37'00"W 81.94 feet; thence S89°26'22"W 86.89 feet to reference point “A”;  thence N00°33'38"W 41.68 feet; thence N06°04'21"W 48.67 feet; thence N16°25'39"E 8.00 feet to reference point “B”; thence N16°25'39"E 8.00 feet to the beginning of a non-tangential curve to the right, thence along a curve to the right, 164.42 feet, radius 268.95 feet, central angle 35°01'40”, long chord N53°51'04"E 161.87 feet; thence N72°40'39"E 39.35 feet to reference point “C”; thence N17°19'21"W 180.88 feet; thence N18°52'52"W 31.39 feet; thence N22°43'19"W 36.00 feet; thence N17°43'19"W 18.00 feet; thence N12°43'19"W 103.15 feet to reference point “D”; thence N12°43'19"W 123.78 feet to the Point of Ending and also reference point “E”.

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accept this grant of easement.
