This easement is granted as part of the Scio Church Road Resurfacing Project. It is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, AAPS is the owner of property commonly known as Pioneer High School at 2601 W. Stadium Boulevard , Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103; and
Whereas, AAPS has signed a grant of easement for public utilities and for sidewalks, paths, or ways for public nonmotorized and pedestrian travel and appurtenances thereto, described as:
Part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, T2S-R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; Described as Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 32; thence N 01°17’28” W, 33.00 feet to a point on the North right of way line of Scio Church Road and the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing N 01°17’28” W, 17.54 feet; thence N 87°44’33” E, parallel with said North right of way line, 2609.10 feet to a point on the West right of way line of South Main Street; thence S 01°18’04” E, along said West right of way line, 17.55 feet to a point on said North right of way line of Scio Church Road; thence S 87°44’33” W, along said North right of way line, 2609.10 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 1.05 acres of land. As shown on Exhibit A.
Part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31, T2S-R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; Described as Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 31; thence N 01°17’28” W, 33.00 feet to a point on the North right of way line of Scio Church Road and the True Point of Beginning; thence S 87°22’32” W, along said right of way line, 196.82 feet to a point on the East right of way line of South 7th Street; thence along said East right of way on the arc of a non-tangential curve 17.54 feet, said curve having a radius of 846.67 feet, a delta angle of 1°11’14”, and a chord bearing and distance of N 01°22’54” W, 17.54 feet; thence N 87°22’32” E, parallel with said North right of way line of Scio Church Road, 196.85 feet; thence S 01°17’28” E, 17.54 feet to the Point of Beginning.
