Resolution to Reject the Determination of Salaries for the Mayor and City Council Members Approved by the Local Officers Compensation Commission on October 11, 2017 (8 Votes Required)

Memorandum

At its October 11, 2017 the Ann Arbor Local Officers Compensation Commission passed the attached resolution which determined a raise of 2.2% for FY 2019 and 2.2.% for FY 2020 for both Mayor and City Council member salaries.

 

This determination was filed with the City Clerk on October 12, 2017 and becomes effective 30 days following this filing unless rejected by a resolution adopted by 2/3 of City Council. Approval of this resolution by at least 8 members of Council will result in the salaries remaining at their current levels.
