Memorandum
This is an existing sanitary sewer line for which we are now obtaining the easement.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, The Regents of the University of Michigan, a Michigan Constitutional corporation are the owners of property commonly known as 314 N. Ingalls Street; and
Whereas, The Regents of the University of Michigan have signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:
A variable width sanitary sewer located in the NW 1/4 of Section 28, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan. Commencing at the NW Corner of lot 13, Block 3, Range 12 of Lawrence and Maynard's Addition to Ann Arbor, Liber 27, Page 471 of Washtenaw County records;
thence S 89°36'28" E 441.87 feet along the South line of Cornwell Street (49.5' wide) extended to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing S 89°36'28" E 36.00 feet along said extended South line of said Cornwell Street;
thence S 00°05'07" W 90.80 feet;
thence S 29°39'23" W 31.77 feet;
thence S 00°17'32" W 38.68 feet;
thence S 89°32'34" E 244.12 feet;
thence S 00°27'26" W 30.00 feet;
thence N 89°32'34" W 278.03 feet;
thence N 00°17'32" E 85.65 feet;
thence N 29°39'23" E 27.59 feet;
thence N 00°05'07" E 77.44 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, being a part of Section 28, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, and containing 0.32 acres of land, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
