Whereas, Zoller Properties LLC is the owner of property commonly known as 3900 Research Park Drive, Ann Arbor, MI, described at Liber 5101, Page 182 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Zoller Properties LLC has signed a grant of easement for sanitary and storm sewers and appurtenances, described as:
The southerly 33 feet of Lots 27 & 28 of Research Park as recorded in Liber 15 of Plats, pages 56 and 57, Washtenaw County Records, State of Michigan, being more particularly described as: beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 28; thence S89°30’00”W along the south line of said Lots 27 and 28, 630.53 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 27; thence N01°06’00”W 33.00 feet along the westerly line of Lot 27; thence N89°30’00”E 628.22 feet to the east line of said Lot 28; thence thence along a non-tangential curve to the right having a radius of 3397.72 feet, delta angle of 0°33’30”, arc length of 33.11 feet, and a chord of S05°05’41”E 33.11 feet to the point of beginning. Easement contains 0.48 acres (20770 square feet).
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
