Whereas, Concordia University, Inc., a Wisconsin nonprofit corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as Concordia University, described in in Liber 1042, Page 135 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Concordia University, Inc. has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
A part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, Town 2 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan described as: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section; thence along the West line of said Section North 01°26'40" West 839.62 feet; thence North 88°34'19" East 60.00 feet to a point on the East line of Earhart Road, said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 88°34'19" East 29.69 feet; thence South 45°00'00" East 98.97 feet; thence North 88°34'19" East 165.19 feet; thence South 46°25'41" East 39.28 feet; thence North 88°34'19" East 138.81 feet; thence South 01°25'41" East 40.00 feet; thence South 88°34'19" West 155.38 feet; thence North 46°25'41" West 39.28 feet; thence South 88°34'19" West 165.78 feet; thence North 45°00'00" West 98.97 feet; thence South 88°34'19" West 12.52 feet to the East line of Earhart Road; thence along said East line North 01°26'40" West 40.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.433 acres of land, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
