Whereas, Concordia University, Inc., a Wisconsin nonprofit corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as Concordia University, described at Liber 1042, Page 135 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Concordia University, Inc. has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances, described as:
PROPOSED 40’ WIDE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT:
A part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, Town 2 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan described as: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 25; thence along the West line of said Section 25 North 01°26’40” West 1202.68 feet; thence North 88°33’20” East 33.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 01°26’40” West 40.0 feet; thence North 87°37’59” East 337.66 feet; thence North 67°23’59” East 242.58 feet; thence North 45°00’59” East 293.51 feet; thence North 32°48’59” East 185.96 feet; thence North 12°59’59” East 239.50 feet; thence South 77°00’01” East 40.00 feet; thence South 12°59’59” West 246.48 feet; thence South 32°48’59” West 197.23 feet; thence South 45°00’59” West 305.69 feet; thence South 67°23’59” West 257.63 feet; thence South 87°37’59” West 345.45 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 1.22 acres of land, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
