Whereas, 1654 South Maple Road LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the developer of Banyan Court, a condominium described in the Master Deed recorded in Liber 5157, Page 731 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, 1654 South Maple Road LLC has signed a grant of easement for water mains, sanitary sewers, and appurtenances described as:
Part of Banyan Court, a condominium recorded as Washtenaw County Condominium Subdivision Plan No. 640, Liber 5157, Page 731, Washtenaw County Records, Washtenaw County, Michigan, further described as:
Commencing at the East 1/4 Corner, Section 36, Township 2 South, Range 5 East, Scio Township, Washtenaw County, State of Michigan; thence S00°01'30"W 1026.50 feet along the East line of said Section and the centerline of South Maple Road; thence S89°32'30"W 33.00 feet; thence N00°01'30"E 20.61 feet along the west right-of-way line of said South Maple Road for a Place of Beginning; thence N89°58'30"W 437.70 feet; thence S00°01'30"W 24.30 feet; thence S89°32'30"W 45.00 feet; thence N00°01'30"E 67.68 feet; thence S89°58'30"E 482.70 feet; thence S00°01'30"W 43.00 feet to the Place of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
