Resolution to Accept a Storm Water Drainage Easement at 2672 Pontiac Trail from William F. Dufek and Sheri R. Dufek (8 Votes Required)
Memorandum
This easement is one of two storm water easements that are part of the proposed Northsky Development at 2655 Pontiac Trail. North Sky Development LLC proposes to purchase the 2655 Pontiac Trail property to construct the development. The executed easements will be held in escrow pending the sale of the property, at which time the easements will be recorded.
This resolution accepts the easement only upon the condition that the sale of Northsky property is closed and the easement is recorded. If the easement is not recorded, the acceptance will be void. Note that the development as proposed will not be permitted without recording these easements.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City. Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, William F. Dufek and Sheri R. Dufek have signed a grant of easement for storm water drainage, described as:

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement pending recording after transfer of title of 2655 Pontiac Trail to North Sky Development LLC; and that if this easement is not so recorded, this acceptance is void.
