Resolution to Accept a Storm Sewer and Storm Water Drainage Easement at 2670 Pontiac Trail from Thomas F. Mann and Susan H. Mann (8 Votes Required)
Memorandum
This easement is one of two storm water easements that are part of the proposed Northsky Development at 2655 Pontiac Trail. North Sky Development LLC proposes to purchase the 2655 Pontiac Trail property to construct the development. The executed easements will be held in escrow pending the sale of the property, at which time the easements will be recorded.
This resolution accepts the easement only upon the condition that the sale of Northsky property is closed and the easement is recorded. If the easement is not recorded, the acceptance will be void. Note that the development as proposed will not be permitted without recording these easements.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City. Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Thomas F. Mann and Susan H. Mann are the owners of property commonly known as 2670 Pontiac Trail, described in a deed recorded in Liber 4594, page 865 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Thomas F. Mann and Susan H. Mann have signed a grant of easement for storm sewers, dissipation pools, and appurtenances, described as:
