Whereas, Robert D. Carroll is the owner of property commonly known as 3355 Geddes Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 5153, page 136 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Robert D. Carroll has signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way, described as:
The south 33 feet of the following described parcel: land in the City of Ann Arbor (formerly Township of Ann Arbor) described as follows: commencing at the center post of section 26, town 2 south, range 6 east, and running thence southerly along the north and south 1/4 line of said section 26, for 1,110.62 feet for a point of beginning; thence running southerly along said north and south 1/4 line for 363.68 feet to the centerline of Geddes Road (so called); thence easterly along said centerline on a curve whose central angle of 06°10' and radius 2,292.01 for 120.04 feet, thence northerly parallel to the north and south 1/4 line of section 26, town 2 south, range 6 east for 430.2 feet; thence deflecting 119°00' to the left and running southwesterly for 137.2 feet to the point of beginning, being a part of that part of the west 1/2 of the west 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of section 26, town 2 south, range 6 east, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accept this grant of easement.
