Memorandum
This resolution is to approve the annexation of four properties currently owned and used by the City for park purposes from Ann Arbor Township into the City. These properties are within the City’s ultimate boundary and are consistent with the adjacent zoning, land uses and master plan. They will come back for Council action on the zoning to PL (Public Land District) after the annexation process is complete. The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of November 18, 2008, recommended approval of the annexations.
