Memorandum
This resolution is to approve annexation of this property into the City, which is within the City’s water and sewer service area and is consistent with the adjacent zoning, land uses and master plan. It will come back for Council action on the zoning change to O (Office District) after the annexation process is complete. The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of November 18, 2008, recommended approval of the request.

Whereas, The territory hereinafter described is located in the Township of Ann Arbor and is adjacent to the corporate limits of the City of Ann Arbor;
Whereas, Francis Clark is the owner of said property; and
Whereas, It is the desire of Francis Clark to annex said territory to the City of Ann Arbor, pursuant to the provisions of Act 359 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan for the year 1947, as amended;
RESOLVED, That the following described lands and premises situated and being in the Township of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, be detached from said Township of Ann Arbor and annexed to the City of Ann Arbor, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 32, Town 2 South, Range 6 East, Ann Arbor Township, thence West 120.88 feet in South line of section, thence deflecting 91 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds to right 65.05 feet for place of beginning, thence continuing Northerly 43.30 feet, thence deflecting 67 degrees 30 minutes to right 114.04 feet, thence deflecting 90 degrees 00 minutes to right 40 feet, thence deflecting 90 degrees 00 minutes to right 130.65 feet to place of beginning, being part of the Southeast ¼ of Section 32, Town 2 S...
