Resolution Ratifying the Issuance of an Emergency Purchase Order to AT&T Michigan for the Relocation of Telecommunications Facilities by the City Administrator and Authorizing the City Administrator to take all Necessary Actions for the Relocation of Telecommunication Facilities($58,870.06)
