Whereas, The Michigan Liquor Control Commission has requested City Council approval of the transfer of an Outdoor Service Area on City owned property, in conjunction with a transfer of ownership of a Class C Liquor Licensed Business; and
Whereas, KVA, LLC, dba Quickie Burger at 800 S. State Street has an existing Outdoor Service Area Permit and City of Ann Arbor Sidewalk Occupancy permit;
RESOLVED, That the request by KVA, LLC, dba Quickie Burger, 800 S. State, to transfer ownership of a 2016 Class C and SDM Licensed Business with Sunday Sales Permit to Bardhyl Mullalli with Outdoor Service Area, be approved; and
RESOLVED, That the outdoor service permit for liquor be approved and limited to the area currently approved by the City for outdoor food service on City sidewalk.
