This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City. This easement is required as part of the redevelopment of the Housing Commission site at 701 N. Maple Road.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, The Ann Arbor Housing Commission is the owner of property commonly known as 701 N. Maple Road, described at Liber 5112, Page 537 and Liber 5112, page 538 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, The Ann Arbor Housing Commission has signed a grant of easement for storm sewers and appurtenances, described as:
VARIABLE WIDTH STORM SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED IN SECTION 24, T2S, R5E, CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN, ALSO BEING PART OF “SCIOTO HILLS NUMBER ONE” SUBDIVISION, LIBER 8 OF PLATS, PAGE 30, WASHTENAW COUNTY RECORDS:
Beginning at the NE corner of Lot 290 of “Scioto Hills Number One” Subdivision, Liber 8 of Plats, Page 30, Washtenaw County Records; thence N87°42’30"W 155.02 feet along the north line of Lot 290; thence S35°50’20"W 40.85 feet; thence S01°02’42"W 64.23 feet; thence S64°07’56"W 41.94 feet; thence N88°38’45"W 95.22 feet; thence N01°31’00"E 30.00 feet along the east right-of-way line of Seybold Drive; thence S88°38’45"E 30.74 feet; thence S01°21’15"W 10.00 feet; thence S88°38’45"E 37.69 feet; thence N64°07’56"E 38.13 feet; thence N01°02’42"E 55.22 feet; thence N35°50’20"E 66.36 feet; thence S87°42’30"E 170.72 feet; thence S01°31’00"W 30.00 feet along the west right-of-way line of Maple Road to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
