Resolution to Appoint Councilmember Zach Ackerman to the Planning Commission

Whereas, One position on the City of Ann Arbor Planning Commission is reserved for a member of the Ann Arbor City Council ("Council representatives");
Whereas, The City Council is vested with the power to appoint the Council representative to the Planning Commission; and
Whereas, Councilmember Sabra Briere, the current Council representative to Planning Commission, has announced her intention to resign from Council effective December 5; 2016
RESOLVED, That Councilmember Zach Ackerman be appointed as the Council representative to the Planning Commission until June 30, 2017.
