Attached for your consideration is a request from Divergent Brewing Company, LLC for a New Micro-Brewer and Beer and Wine Tasting Liquor License to be located at 2290 S. Industrial. Divergent Brewing Company, LLC will be a new establishment. The applicant plans to brew beer and wine at the location for self-distribution to local stores as well as having on-site sales with limited hours. There are no plans for food service or entertainment.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
