This easement is for an existing storm sewer pipe, is in standard form, and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Glendale Orchard LLC is the owner of property commonly known as 312 Glendale Drive, described at Liber 5079, Page 121 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Glendale Orchard LLC has signed a grant of easement for storm sewers and appurtenances, described as:
THE CENTERLINE OF A THIRTY FIVE (35.00) FOOT WIDE EASEMENT, BEING PART OF THE NW. 1/4 OF SECTION 30, T.2S., R.6E., CITY OF ANN ARBOR, WASHTENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN, BEING DESCRIBED AS: COMMENCING AT THE NE. CORNER OF OUTLOT B, OF "ALLMAND HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION" AS RECORDED IN LIBER 8 OF PLATS, PAGE 42 OF THE WASHTENAW COUNTY RECORDS; THENCE S 00° 03' 15" E, 288.14 FEET; THENCE N 89° 03' 45" W, 1.00 FEET; THENCE S 00° 03' 15" E, 34.96 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S 89° 56' 46" W, 206.72 FEET TO THE POINT OF ENDING.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
