Whereas, the 2321 Jackson, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 2321 Jackson Avenue, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, described at Liber 5144, Page 585 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, the County of Washtenaw has signed a grant of easement for sidewalks, paths, or ways for public nonmotorized and pedestrian travel and appurtenances thereto, described as:
A variable width sidewalk easement located in "Boulevard Heights", as recorded in Liber 6 of plats, page 18, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, described as:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 18 of "Boulevard Heights"; thence S05°48'50"E 132.14 feet along the easterly line of Lot 18; thence S05°51'51"E 15.95 feet; thence S05°47'44"E 130.64 feet along the easterly line of Lot 66 to the southeast corner of Lot 66; thence S84°26'26"W 20.20 feet along the southerly line of Lot 66 to the Point of Beginning; thence N73°45'29"W 10.77 feet; thence S84°26'26"W 66.28 feet; thence S62°38'20"W 10.77 feet; thence N84°26'26"E 86.28 feet along the southerly line of Lots 67 and 66 to the Point of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
