Whereas, 2321 Jackson, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 2321 Jackson Avenue, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103, described at Liber 5144, Page 585, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, 2321 Jackson, LLC, has signed a grant of easement for sanitary and storm sewers, described as:

 

A variable width utility easement located in "Boulevard Heights", as recorded in Liber 6 of plats, page 18, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, described as:

 

Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 18 of "Boulevard Heights"; thence S05°48'50"E 121.92 feet along the easterly line of Lot 18 to the Point of Beginning; thence S86°23'04"W 74.99 feet; thence S05°47'47"E 20.90 feet along the westerly line of the east 20 feet of Lot 16; thence S84°18'48"W 33.00 feet along the centerline of the vacated alley; thence S05°40'10"E 14.23 feet along the westerly line of Lot 67; thence N85°23'21"E 108.02 feet; thence N05°47'44"W 8.28 feet along the easterly line of Lot 66; thence N05°51'51"W 15.95 feet; thence N05°48'50"W 10.22 feet along the easterly line of Lot 18 to the Point of Beginning;

 

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
