The State Theatre Project for Planning Commission Approval - A proposal to construct an 88.5 by 7.7-foot addition to the south side of the existing theatre building. The addition will be approximately 2,500 square feet and will house an elevator that allows barrier free access to the upper floor screening rooms. The site, located at 225 S. State Street is zoned D1 and is in the State Street Historic District. (Ward 1) Staff Recommendation: Approval
