Whereas, Racquet Club is the owner of property commonly known as 3010 Hickory Lane, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, described at Liber 1086, page 565, Liber 1092, page 627 and Liber 1393, page 432 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, Racquet Club has signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way, described as:

 

Commencing at the SW corner of Section 26, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N 00°00’00” E 515.92 feet along the west line of said Section 26; thence S 71°47’25” E 506.79 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 71°47’25” E 182.05 fee along the centerline of Geddes Avenue (formerly Huron River Drive); thence S 18°12’35” W 33.00 feet; thence N 71°47’25” W 175.46 feet; thence N 06°54’35” E 33.65 feet to the centerline of Geddes Avenue (formerly Huron River Drive) and the POINT OF BEGINNING.  Being part of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan and containing 0.14 acres of land, more or less.  Subject to easements and restrictions of record, if any.

 

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
