This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City. This is one of two water main easements being granted by Racquet Club.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Racquet Club is the owner of property commonly known as 3010 Hickory Lane, described at Liber 1086, page 565, Liber 1092, page 627 and Liber 1393, page 432 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Racquet Club has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the SW corner of Section 26, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N 00?00'00" E 515.92 feet along the west line of said Section 26, thence S 71?47'25" E 372.52 feet along the centerline of Geddes Avenue (66 feet wide, formerly Huron River Drive); thence S 18?12'35" W 33.00 feet to the southerly right-of-way of said Geddes Avenue; thence along said southerly right-of-way S 71?47'25" E 316.32 feet; thence continuing along said right-of-way 41.03 feet in the arc of a circular curve to the right, having a radius of 290.00 feet, central angle of 08?06'21", and a long chord bearing S 55?35'17" E 40.99 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the westerly right-of-way line of Huron Parkway (variable width) in the following two (2) courses: southeasterly 218.67 feet in the arc of a circular curve to the right, having a radius of 290.00 feet, central angle 43?12'14", and a long chord bearing S 29?55'59" E 213.53 feet; southeasterly 423.76 feet in the arc of a circular curve to the left, having a radius of 1516.47 feet, central angle 16?00'38", and long chord bearing S 16?20'21" E 422.38 feet; thence S 59?28'15" W 25.14 feet; thence 432.01...
