Memorandum
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City. This is one of two water main easements being granted by Racquet Club. This one is primarily for a hydrant for fire coverage.

Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Racquet Club is the owner of property commonly known as 3010 Hickory Lane, described at Liber 1086, page 565, Liber 1092, page 627 and Liber 1393, page 432 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

Whereas, Racquet Club has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:

Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Lot 50, RIVERSIDE HILLS SUBDIVISON NO. 2, as recorded in Liber 17 of Plats, Pages 25 & 26, Washtenaw County Records, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N 06?54'35" E 30.47 feet along the West line of said Lot and the East Right-of-Way line of Hickory Lane (66 feet wide); thence along the North line of a 40 foot wide water main easement recorded in Liber 4802, Page 840, Washtenaw County Records in the following four (4) courses: thence S 38?13'22" E 36.80 feet; thence S 83?13'22" E 64.95 feet; thence N 85?31'38" E 47.29 feet; thence N 74?16'38" E 105.00 feet; thence S 15?43'22" E 40.00 feet along the East line of said easement; thence S 74?16'38" W 3.91 feet along the South line of said easement to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 40?38'57" E 68.85 feet; thence S 49?21'03" W 40.00 feet; thence N 40?38'57" W 87.44 feet; thence N 74?16'38" E 44.11 feet along the South line of said easement, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
