Proposed Mixed Use Professional Building - Design Review - A proposed design for a contemporary style, 4-story mixed retail and office building on a narrow, 25-foot wide site at 1215 South University Avenue. The exterior is purposely forward looking and will be principally glass. First floor side walls will be a dark colored burnished block, areas above will be clad with architectural high-performance cement panels and wood trim. A thin metal panel fin accentuates the street elevation. A common lobby will serve both the first floor retail and upper floors of office.
