Whereas, RRI I LLC is the owner of property commonly known as 3621 Plymouth Road, described at Liber 4844, Page 702 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, RRI I LLC has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of Section 14, T2S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N01°40'45"W 809.12 feet (recorded as N00°05'50"E 810.08 feet) along the North-South 1/4 line of said Section 14; thence N69°00'35"E 350.32 feet (recorded as N70°54'30"E 349.47 feet) along the Centerline of Plymouth Road (100 feet wide); thence N01°48'25"W (recorded as N00°05'30"E) 347.77 feet along the Westerly line of tax parcel 09-09-14-400-007 for a PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence N01°48'25"W (recorded as N00°05'30"E) 29.69 feet along the Westerly line of tax parcel 09-09-14-400-008; thence 191.99 feet along the arc of a 524.00 foot radius circular curve to the right with a central angle of 20°59'35", having a chord which bears N63°35'17"E 190.92 feet; thence 138.69 feet along the arc of a 132.00 foot radius circular curve to the right with a central angle of 60°12'02", having a chord which bears S75°48'05"E 132.40 feet; thence 24.37 feet along the arc of a 65.00 foot radius circular curve to the right with a central angle of 21°28'56", having a chord which bears S37°10'56"W (recorded as S23°38'W) 24.23 feet along the Easterly line of tax parcel 09-09-14-400-008; thence 116.47 feet along the arc of a 108.00 foot radius circular curve to the left with a central angle of 61°47'27", having a chord which bears N75°00'15"W (recorded as N73°06'20"W) 110.91 feet along the Southerly line of tax parcel 09-09-14-400-008; thence 200.28 feet along the arc of a 500.00 foot radius circular curve to the left with a central angle of 22°57'00", having a chord which bears S62°36'35"W (recorded as S64°30'30"W) 198.94 feet along the Southerly line of tax parcel 09-09-14-400-008 to the Place of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
