Budget/Fiscal Impact: Sufficient funds are available from the Open Space and Parkland millage.

The Consultant will serve as liaison and staff to the Greenbelt Advisory Commission and the Land Acquisition Committee of the Park Advisory Commission on land acquisition processes and procedures. The Community Services Administrator will oversee the direction and quality of work of the The Conservation Fund during the term of the contract.

The contract term is for eighteen months, with the City reserving an option to extend the contract term for up to two additional one-year periods.
