Resolution to Approve Amendment No.1 to the Master Subscription Agreement with TriTech Software Systems for Fireview Dashboard ($10,500.00 Amendment/$35,499.00 Total Contract)
Memorandum
This resolution authorizes Fire Services to add on additional professional consulting and implementation services, at a cost of $10,500.00, to an already existing service contract with TriTech Software Systems. The additional services are necessary to implement Firehouse module data for the Fire Prevention Bureau dashboard management system.

Budget/Fiscal Impact: Funds are available in the approval FY16 Fire Services General Fund budget.

Fire Services has already executed a service agreement to develop the data structure for dashboard management and reporting for existing Firehouse fire suppression data. The need has been identified to add the development of fire prevention occupancy and inspection data to this project to allow management to access building hazard levels and inspection status of buildings within the City. This project will also allow for an easier flow to create reports for administrative purposes in a timely fashion.

Police Services is currently and has been utilizing TriTech Software Systems (Omega Dashboard) technology for four years. Both public safety service areas will be running the same technology for report driven management making the Information Technology Services Unit's job of support much easier to maintain.

Approval of this resolution will allow Fire Services to purchase the fire prevention data services from TriTech Software Systems.
